LBJ Behavioral Services, Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

The organization was established to reduce barriers to accessing quality mental health services. This program is funded in part by Orange County, Florida, and MyVillage Project Central Florida Community Fund at the Central Florida Foundation.
